Return & Replacement

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
